Body Fat Percentage (Withings)
Steps (Fitbit & Apple Watch)
Walking & Running Distance (Strava & Apple Watch)
Workouts (Apple Watch)
Active Energy (Apple Watch)
Heart Rate (Withings, RunKeeper & Apple Watch)
Stand Hours (Apple Watch)
Sleep Analysis (FitBit via Sync Solver)
I then use the sync with Health to update my MyFitnessPal app with my exercise data so how know how much I (cant) can eat each day.
